Shipment

Our Specialty Coffee is delivered to us from a variety of ports around the world, roasted and then delivered to you. We take the Specialty Coffee off the shelf or if it’s missing, Mario roasts it.

When will my coffee be shipped?

We pack your coffee every day from Monday to Wednesday. If we are also in our Specialty Coffee roastery on Thursday and Friday, we will process your order then too. As soon as we have packed your coffee, you will receive an email that we have completed your coffee order. We then made your package available for collection by our parcel service provider, who will inform you about the delivery of your coffee approximately 24 hours before delivery.

How can I track shipping?

Our parcel service provider will send you a message approximately 24 hours before delivery and announce the delivery. If you cannot receive your package in person, you can choose the following delivery options using the parcel service link:

  • Give the OK to place the parcel at a certain place
  • Choose parcel shop
  • Choose neighbor
  • Change day

So you decide for yourself what suits you best. On the day of delivery, the parcel service provider will usually inform you with a time window as to when your parcel will arrive. If you have not chosen any of the options listed above and are unable to receive your package, you can pick up your package from a parcel shop within 6 calendar days. The parcel service will also inform you about this.

How much does it cost to ship my coffee?

We are very small – just Sabrina + Mario – but we ship worldwide because there are coffee fans all over the world who love our special coffee. However, we cover shipping costs for you from a certain country-dependent value of goods and the delivery is then “free of shipping” for you, so to speak, because we pay for it. The shipping costs will be displayed as soon as you have entered your address.

Once you have exceeded the free shipping limit, in addition to the shipping costs, you will be given a second option for “Free shipping for you – We’ll take care of it!” displayed, which you can then select if you want.
