Payments

Here you will find information about your payment options in our Specialty Coffee shop. We have listed the payment methods below in the order of the payment method we prefer. We are also transparent about the fees and present them.

Direct Bank Transfer to us

Simply transfer directly to our account. You will receive the IBAN with the order confirmation as soon as you have placed the order. Once you have made your transfer, we will see your payment after about 1-2 days (Monday to Friday) and can then ship your coffee when we are in the roastery. When choosing direct bank transfer we do not pay any fees here because you transfer directly to us. In return, we need to link your payment to our accounting department.

Bank Card, Credit Card, Debit Card, ApplePay, GooglePay

You can pay conveniently with your bank card, credit card, debit card, ApplePay* or GooglePay. If you pay using this payment method, we will send your coffee immediately. Payment costs us €0.25 + 1.4% (if national or consumer cards) and outside the EEA, as well as for premium cards and commercial cards, €0.25 + 2.9% per transaction. Please therefore preferably use a standard bank, credit or debit card and avoid premium credit cards such as Amex, because we pay extra here.

PayPal

As an alternative, you can pay with PayPal. If you pay via PayPal, we will also send your coffee immediately. For each transaction with PayPal, we pay €0.35 + 1.29%.

Use the method that is easiest for you and that you feel comfortable with. If you want to do us a favor, please choose one of the first two options for us as a cost-effective payment method.
