Payments

Here you will find information about your payment options in our coffee shop. We have listed the payment methods below in order of which payment method we prefer. We are also transparent about the fees and present them.

Giropay

Make a direct online transfer using Giropay, which has been set up as a payment method for eCommerce. This is possible if you have an online banking checking account and your bank is located in Germany and supports the procedure. Try it. With this payment method we can send your package immediately. Giropay costs us 0.25 € + 1.4 % per transaction.

Card Credit (MasterCard, VISA)

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card using the PayPal “Credit Card” option. With the credit card, we receive the money immediately and can send your coffee directly. Payment by credit card costs us 0.25 € + 1.4 % (if national or consumer cards) and outside the EEA, as well as commercial cards 0.25 € + 2.9 % per transaction.

PayPal & PayPal mit Kreditkarte

In addition to paying with the PayPal account, PayPal also offers payment via PayPal with a credit card. We would have liked to only specify a PayPal account, but unfortunately Paypal payment with a credit card cannot be excluded from PayPal. If you pay via PayPal, we will also ship your coffee immediately. We would be happy if you could alternatively use one of the methods mentioned above when paying with a credit card. To pay via PayPal you need your own PayPal account. We pay 0.35 € + 1.29 % per transaction with PayPal.

SEPA Direct Debit

With SEPA Direct Debit, the corresponding amount is collected by direct debit. Please note that when making a transfer, we can usually only determine that the money has been received after approx. 3-4 days during Monday to Friday because SEPA takes so long. We will therefore only send your package once we have received your payment. For failed SEPA Direct Debit payments, the payment service provider charges us 7.50 €, which we then pass on to you. We will ship your coffee immediately after receipt of payment. The transfer costs us 0.35 € per transaction.
